Here's a good example how you try to not allow other people to be 
part of the solution... if it is not your solution. The ISOC chapters 
which joined the ALAC are real organizations, with real people behind 
them. What you say in a very authoritarian style ("should", 
"pretend", etc.) is a clear sign that you don't respect the chapters. 
No wonder you don't want the ISOC - New York chapter to be part of the ALAC.
With this type of thinking, I can only see more problems around you, 
not more solutions. And with such a statement about the chapters, you 
insult not only them, but all the people who were at the signing of 
the establishment of the RALOs the other day in Lisbon. It is really 
a pity you do not use your time for something more constructive.
