Vittorio,
the answer to this is easy. Just watch the video I've sent yesterday. 
The dannys of our day do not want to be part of the solution. For 
them being part of the problem is like breathing and drinking water. 
If they become part of the solution, they will have to constructively 
contribute, and - as you might now by now - being part of the 
solution is much harder than just staying outside, in the landscape, 
and criticize.
