[Chapter-delegates] Chapters and members Meeting in Lisboa

Dear Anne,

Is the meeting still schedule on Thursday 29/3 at 7:00 am ?
As I'm leaving Lisbon in the afternoon, I have to do checkout at hotel 
and if I have to be at the meeting it means if to do the necessary 
things today.

Can you please confirm? And is it possible to have more time for the 
Chapters ? We are about 20 to 25 Chapters present, so 15 minutes is 
about 45 seconds each...
