[Chapter-delegates] Comments invited on DRAFT document : "An Internet 2020 Initiative"

Dear Colleagues,

The attached draft document "An Internet 2020 Initiative" sets out  
ISOC's vision for the Internet of the future. The Board of Trustees  
are actively working on the draft framework and comments are invited  
on both the document and possible roles for ISOC in achieving the  
vision laid out in the draft.

Your comments and feedback is most welcome and appreciated, either on
