[Chapter-delegates] Today's Chapter and Member Meeting in San Juan

Dear colleagues,

For those of you attending the Chapter and Member meeting is Puerto  
Rico today at midday local time (UTC 16:00), we have been informed  
that the room is in use until 12.00. As people will also be in  
sessions up to midday, we propose to start the meeting at 12:15 -  
meeting in Flamenco Room A.

For those attending remotely, we will be running a jabber room:
