[Chapter-delegates] Final Announcement for Chapters meeting at the ICANN event in Puerto Rico

To all chapters attending the ICANN event in Puerto Rico:
 
This to announce that the chapters meeting is going to be held  Wedenesday,
June 27, 2007  from 12:00 to 14:00. The room has not been assigned yet. 
 
The proposed agenda is as follows:



12:00 - 12:15   Welcome by ISOC-PR/ Welcome by ISOC-HQ
12:15 - 12:45   Chapters Introduction and update (All)
12.45 -  1:05   Strategic overview for advancing chapters inc. questions
(ISOC HQ)
1:05  -  1:35   Chapter collaboration (incl. chapter wiki, mentoring, annual
meeting?)  (All)
1:35  -  1:45   Membership System update (Monroe)
1:45 -   2:00   AOB, next meeting and wrap up. (ISOC PR/HQ)
