date/time for the Chapters Meeting is: 

Preliminary Date-> June 27 
Preliminary Time-> 14:00 - 16:00”



It will be during the ALAC meeting.

Do we want really to have the chapters meeting at the same time than the
ALAC?

ISOC Luxembourg represented by its delegate, Patrick Vande Walle, have
suggested the following date,time and agenda items for the upcoming Chapter
meeting in Puerto Rico: 

Suggested Date-> June 27 
Suggested Time-> 14:00 - 16:00 
Suggested Items for the Agenda-> There were no suggestions provided. 

Additional Comments-> I am actually quite flexible on the time on Wednesday.


We have received 7 suggestions so far. So, as of today the preliminary
date/time for the Chapters Meeting is:

NOTE: The final date/time slot may vary depending on the suggestions
received. We'll be receiving suggestions until Wednesday, June 20, 2007.

The final agenda for the meeting will be based on the following information:


AGENDA item(s) suggested by Puerto Rico-> We would like to see a brief
presentation of all attending chapters. This is mostly to know each other
and see what other chapters are doing. Also, we should talk about support
issues from ISOC Headquarters and possible suggestion for an ISOC Chapters
annual meeting. 

AGENDA item(s) suggested by France-> Isoc Chapters activities since last
international meeting. Project for the next six months. Chapters
organization vis-a-vis Isoc World. IGF and Isoc Chapters. 

AGENDA item(s) suggested by Australia-> 1.How can we explore more
oportunities for collaborative work /sharing between Chapters. 2.New
Chapters / Growing Chapters -> Mentoring- is this a way forward? 

AGENDA item(s) suggested by Pacific Islands-> Membership system Membership
policy Chapters events for 2007 Chapter look on the BoT work
wiki.chapters.isoc.org review 

AGENDA item(s) suggested by Mauritius-> Membership system
Collaboration/knowledge sharing among members isoc sub domain related to
