[Chapter-delegates] Survey - Business Rules in Membership System

Dear Colleagues,

You are invited to complete a short survey on the Business Rules for  
the Membership System. The intent and purpose of this survey is to  
gather information about the existing framework of business rules  
which define member and Chapter interaction with ISOC’s membership  
system.

The survey can be accessed at:

The information gathered in this survey from the Chapters will be  
used to define a revised framework for the business rules. The  
results will be publicly available. It is important that we have a  
common understanding of the business rules among all users of the  
Membership system.

Our objective remains to develop a solution that will address not  
only the problems and issues raised by our chapters with the current  
membership system, but will also ensure that the system meets ISOC’s  
customer relationship, communications and accounting needs with  
respect to our organization and individual members

In order to assist us with gathering this important information, we  
ask that you complete the survey. The deadline for completing the  
survey is Monday, 2nd July 2007
