[Chapter-delegates] ISOC joins the Stop Spam Alliance

We welcome and congratulate the involvement of the Internet Society in 
such initiative. I think that chapters need to join this effort by 
spreading and supporting locally those initatives.
Another workgroup that may need our support : 
http://www.antiphishing.org/ . As for the user I think that the phishing 
is more dangerous and than the spam as it have financial concerns.
The Anti-Phishing Work Group is doing a good job on this.
