[Chapter-delegates] ICANN Puerto Rico: Member and Chaptermeeting

Not sure yet I am attending this ICANN meeting, I am checking for 
flights because as I need to be in Pekin on 30th June. However, in the 
case I am, same as others in this list I'll probably be arriving on 24th 
evening.
