[Chapter-delegates] ICANN Puerto Rico: Member and Chaptermeeting

Alex and all,
 
Anne Lord is travelling today, so I will try to intervene on her behalf.
 
The meeting that Sebastien Bachollet proposed to re-schedule is meant to be
a meeting to coordinate actions between those Chapters that are involved in
the ALAC process, as Patrick Vande Walle pointed out yesterday. Another
meeting, a full Chapter meeting as usual, is also planned for San Juan, but
is not scheduled yet.
 
Anne will catch up with the details for the Chapter's meeting as soon as
they are known.

Hello All,
I'm suppose to land in puerto rico the 24th in the evening, to join the
ICann meeting after a full day trip !!
I will be very glad to join the ISOC meeting if it is planned in another
day. Otherwise,
May be we can have another opportunity to meet together in a more informal
manner during the meeting ?

As it seems that Saturday 23rd is not a very convenient date for many Isoc
Members, I would like to suggest that we organize the meeting on an evening
after all the other meetings.
Sunday 24th at 5pm.
Alternatively we can do it on Tuesday 26th at 6pm. 

Can you answer to the list about your availability on Sunday (and /or on
Tuesday)?
With your answers we will, with Anne and Patrick, organize the meeting at
the most convenient date to have as much as possible participants.

Dear Colleagues, 

This is in invitation to attend a Members and Chapters meetings in
San Juan, Puerto Rico on the afternoon of Saturday 23 June to discuss
ISOC Members participation in ICANN. The purpose of the meeting is to
have a "roundtable" to exchange information and discuss the
priorities and activities of ISOC members in the various ICANN
constituencies.

The meeting will be held in the Hilton Caribe. The exact room 
location together with the agenda will be posted as soon as it is
known. It is anticipated that the meeting will last 3-4 hours and
will start at 3pm (depending on availability of participants).

The agenda is still being developed but if you think there are 
specific issues that should be discussed, please do not hesitate to
let me know, along with any other queries or concerns you may have.
