[Chapter-delegates] ICANN Puerto Rico: Member and Chapter meeting

Hi, Anne.

Would be good to see more structured planning of cooperatioin between 
the chapters and ISOC HQ. At the moment there are initiatives, which 
are good, but we think it may be a good idea to have a more 
sustainable model for cooperation.
We'd like to see also how we could help ISOC in the coming Internet 
Governance Forum and the surrounding meetings. This may or may not be 
part of the larger discussion.

Based on experience from Lisbon, I also suggest that the meeting does 
not take place at the same time with the PIR Board meeting, so that 
Lynn could participate.
