[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Identity guidelines

Dear colleagues,
I hope that all of you downloaded the identity guidelines from the ISOC 
web site. It is really a very important guideline, and I am happy that 
finally ISOC has one.
I invite all of you really to use it within your communication, and I 
invite HQ to send us the identity material CD mentioned in the document 
so we can use it.
May be I'll mention also that we need may be an ISOC web templates based 
on HTML-only files so we can integrate it in any content management system.
A chapter management guideline will be welcome also.
