[Chapter-delegates] Onewebday participation

Dear Terry,

It is a very interesting initiative that ISOC support the One Web Day project. The Tunisian chapter will add this action as a strategic national objective.

In the same time, ISOC had to elaborate guidelines of how to celebrate this day, so chapters all around the world do the same thing and attain the same objective.

ISOC may support chapters by providing marketing and communication material dedicated to this event.
