[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a chapter in COTE D'IVOIRE

Dear All,

I know at least three individuals in the group which is proposing to form
this chapter. Didia Kla, Oumtanga Soulemane and Christian Roland are all
active members of other African wide organizations that are catering for the
development of the Internet related activities on the continent, i.e. NIC
operations, Free/Libre open Source software and research on IT for
development.

I thus have no doubt that they will be able to steer that Chapter so that it
reaches its objectives.
