[Chapter-delegates] Indonesian Chapter

Do we still have an Indonesian Chapter active?
 
If I go here, I don't see one listed http://www.isoc.org/isoc/chapters/ch_active.php
yet I distinctly recall there was a chapter as I have a copy of their annual report
from April 2005 and some posts from them on Chapter-Delegates.
 
If ISOC ID still exists, is someone from there going to be at APRICOT 2007 in Bali?
