[Chapter-delegates] Upcoming Chapter meetings - Prague (23rd March) and Lisbon (26-30th March)

Dear Colleagues,

A chapter meeting is being planned for the morning of March 23. This  
is at the end of IETF 68, and is followed by the ISOC Board of  
Trustees meeting (24-25 March).  I am investigating possibilities for  
remote participation and will update you on this as the details are  
confirmed.

A chapter meeting is also being planned to take place during the  
ICANN meeting in Lisbon, (26-30th March). Again I am currently  
investigating the possibilities for remote participation. I do not  
yet have a date for this meeting.

I am in the process of preparing a list of chapter meetings planned  
for 2007 and will post it to the web soon.

The draft agenda for the Prague meeting is below. The agenda for the  
Lisbon meeting will be similar, but may be shorter if there are time  
limitations.

As the meetings are intended to serve the needs of chapters, I would  
warmly welcome any comments and feedback on the draft agenda.

To assist with the planning for both of these events, it would be  
very helpful to have indication of numbers. If you are considering  
attending either of these meetings, either in person or remotely,
