Luc,
this sounds very good!
I think that the subjects of the materials you describe may be of
widespread interest. Chapters, especially in developing countries,
sometimes (or often) need to have authoritative materials they can quote,
besides using them to educate their members, authorities, etc.
Both in content filtering and in IDNs I think many of our chapters have to
be part of national discussions in their countries. They would be the best
to review your materials and choose what is most useful for them.
Personally I'd also be interested in looking at them and, as offered
previously, to work out a strategy for their widespread diffusion.
