I am pleased to announce the formal recognition and creation of two
new chapters:
* Internet Society Burundi (ISOC BI) led by Victor Ciza and his
colleagues
* Internet Society Democratic Republic of Congo (ISOC CD) led by
Didier Rukeratabaro Kasole and his colleagues
Please join me in extending a warm welcome to both Victor and to
Didier and all those working with each chapter. We look forward to
working closely with both chapters in the near future.
