Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to advise you that as of today, we have another new  
chapter, ISOC Republic of Congo (ISOC CG). On behalf of all the  
chapter delegates, I'd like to extend a warm welcome to Jean Philemon  
Kissangou and his colleagues. We look forward to working closely with  
ISOC CG in the near future.
