We need urgently information from ANY country in the world, where 
this is a public information:

- do you have your national or regional, or local government signed a 
deal with Microsoft for large quantities of MS Windows / MS Office in 
the last 6 years?
- is it known what the price of the deal is?
- is there a link to a web site with this info (in any language)?
