[Chapter-delegates] Preview on ISOC website developments

Good morning:

I agree. The Chapters should be placed clearly up-front in the promotion of
new individual membership.
Most people who are new to the Internet and to ISOC are more likely to join
their local Chapter first, and should be encouraged to do so on the ISOC
Website. It is a pity that <Chapters> has disappeared from the index of the
proposed Home Page.

Also, the scripts need tidying up: Even <é> and <ó> don't make it! e.g.
<Qubec>

Regards, CW

Hi all,

What a good start. Bravo !

...and I agree with Joly. One would like to see a «Join your nearest
Chapter by clicking here» button. Here is my suggestion of the keywords
that could be clicable everz

«Types of memberships

Membership is open for *individuals* and *organisations*. Groups of
members also form *chapters*; so as an ISOC member, you could either
*join an existing chapter* or *start one yourself*.»

I would also add a «List of Chapters» with a template to register as a
member , both global and chapter !

Does this makes sense to you ?
