[Chapter-delegates] Free Pins from ISOC-NY

ISOC-NY was a community sponsor for a big party for New York's tech 
community this week.

I made up and handed out pin-buttons which said "IPv6 or bust!" - they 
were a big hit with all
concerned and stimulated many discussions on the topic.

I've decided to give away some more via our website to stimulate 
membership of our 'announce list'
