While at the IETF meeting in Vancouver Lynn was interviewed by Network World.

Lynn makes 4 major points:

1) IPv6: implementation is urgently needed to maintain the end-to-end
communication that makes the Internet what it is.

2) Government: the net should be allowed to continue to grow
organically through standards.

3) Access:  It is ISOC's aim to more than double the number of current users.

4) International development: encouraging local language content is vital.
