[Chapter-delegates] IETF 70 in Vancouver

[To those that are attending IETF 70 next week]

Dear Colleagues,

Sabrina and I would be delighted to meet with any Chapter delegates  
that are planning to attend the IETF in Vancouver next week. If you  
will be there and would like to meet up, please drop me an email.  
ISOC will also be having an 'information table' at the IETF where you  
can drop by to say hello, pick up Annual reports, a copy of the IETF  
journal and other promotional material.
