I am not a delegate for luxembourg since last year, so theoretically I
should have refrained from intervening, but... I do because the way you do
it is as if you are organizing a network for the chapter delegates (or am I
wrong) which looks redundant to me - after an initial enthusiastic period
people will concentrate to things that need their time more urgently. If not
I suspect that v-a-v of ISOC it is not fully legitimate to have a parallel
agenda, meaning that you should have asked ISOC some kind of authorization
before networking including on how and with which scope.

If the intention was a sheer wish of experimentation with networking tools
in view of proposing something more grandiose to the Isoc community later on
then you should rotate o;ongst several of those!!!!!
