Hi, Lucy!
I'd like to support your request for help by urging my colleagues
from different chapters, who have contributed throughout the years to
take a look at their old e-mails, and decide which one of the many
topics we've discussed is worth putting into such a proposal that it
will make the ISOC BoT interested in accepting.
I will try to find some of the documents we've submitted in the last
4-5 years, which are still quite valid, and will send them to the
list for further consideration by other colleagues.
