Dear Colleagues,

In an effort to get more organised and facilitate opportunities for
useful face to face interaction between Chapter delegates, Franck
has created a page on the Chapter wiki so that we can record our
anticipated attendance at various regional meetings. This will help
us in trying to accommodate, cater and plan for Chapter and member
meetings as well as assisting in determining what sort of meeting we
should hold. Meetings are of course open to all members, so the
numbers collected here are an approximation of potential attendees.

I would like to ask you for your help.

Could each of you please 'sign up' to indicate any likely physical
attendance at the various meetings listed on the wiki page at:

	http://wiki.chapters.isoc.org/tiki-index.php?page=Events

You will need to login to the wiki in order to be able to add your
information. (If you need information on how to login please don't
hesitate to email me off list).

How to 'sign up' to an event

- Click 'edit' at the bottom left of the wiki page
- Edit the text with your details.
Using myself as an example, you add the exact same syntax as
below using '|' as separators.

If you are adding to the last line of the table, you need to
ensure that the line ends with a '||'

- Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.

You are done! If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to
email me.

If you are aware of other events where there will likely be other
chapters present, please email me. Lastly, a reminder that the ISOC
website now has minutes from Chapter and Member meetings posted at:

	http://www.isoc.org/isoc/chapters/meetings/

Best wishes,
Anne
