Support Patrick, and would suggest also (just in 
case), if  it is to keept the proposed model, to 
have chaptername.chapter.isoc.org, not chaptername.chapterS.isoc.org

bulgaria.chapter.isoc.org sounds proper.
bulgaria.chapters.isoc.org - ?? do we have more chapters??

also, would be good to have
bg.chapter.isoc.org
bg.isoc.org
bulgaria.isoc.org

that makes more sense.

Now, I guess with chapters in different cities, 
in the US, you will have nyc.isoc.org for new york city?
