[Chapter-delegates] Representing ISOC

The Internet Society has appointed Matthew Shears, the organization's
director of public policy, to represent the Internet Society with the
European Chapters Coordinating Council(ECC) Executive Committee
(Execom). Shears role as ex-officio will be to work with the ECC to
promote the growth and advancement of the Internet within Europe. His
participation with the ECC will allow the Internet Society to work more
closely with European ISOC chapters and the regional Internet community
in its effort to understand and address local issues


But the ECC is the Internet Society too. So who is he representing actually?
