Hi all,

Thanks very much for all for the personal recommendations from the  
many chapter delegates that personally know the individuals proposing  
to form this chapter.

I should clarify that this chapter is not yet formed but is in the  
process of doing so.  This stage is the part where we carry out 'due  
diligence' in the interests of trying to ensure that those proposing  
to form the chapter are genuine and sincere in their efforts to do so.
