Dear Jacek,

Thanks for your email. I understand your frustration and I sincerely  
apologise on behalf of ISOC for the delay in responding to the  
original application.  As you may know there have been some staff  
changes at ISOC recently and I only became aware of the application  
with the email from Igor on the 9th April. I reviewed the application  
on the 10th April, and it was sent to the Chapter Delegates list for  
review the same day as the application was completely in order.

I hope that this clarifies the situation.
