Dear Anne and all,

We here at ISOC Luxembourg are happy to  welcome the Philadelphia
chapter. Some of the founding members are well-known personalities in
the DNS area and we are convinced this new chapter will bring yet
another added value to the ISOC model.

On a more personal note, I would like to point out that the number of
new chapters we have had in recent months proves the vitality of the
ISOC community at-large and the relevance of the chapter model.
