[Chapter-delegates] Notes from Chapter and Members Meeting, Lisbon 29th March

Dear Anne,

Thank you for these notes about the Chapters and Members Meeting in Lisbon.

Could you please add the correct name of our chapter in English next to the
name of Christopher Wilkinson: "ISOC Belgium - Wallonia". 
As asked before, please correct it also on ISOC website
(http://www.isoc.org/isoc/chapters/ch_active.php)

"Wallonie" is indeed the name of our country in French. As already said, the
Belgian Federal State is divided into four political Regions (Flanders
speaking Dutch, Brussels bilingual French / Dutch, Wallonia speaking French
and the German Region speaking German), each one with an independent
parliament and government. It is not easy to understand but it is important
for us to keep peace. Our chapters works in French with members coming from
Wallonia and Brussels Regions.

As an information, Christopher Wilkinson was among the ISOC Belgium -
Wallonia founding members on the 24th November 1998.
