Colleagues,

The Call for Papers/Presentations for PacINET 2007 has been announced.
PacINET is the Pacific Islands Chapter's annual conference, and the largest
annual ICT gathering of its kind in the
Pacific Islands.
We are expecting a dynamic and full agenda, with many parallel sessions for
Special Interest Groups planned, as well as
several high profile speakers.

We would like to extend an invitation to our ISOC colleagues around the
world to consider participating in this event.
You are most welcome to come down to the Pacific Islands (apart from the
conference, this year's venue has great diving
and you are bound to meet a shark or 6, it was also the site of many World
War II battles for those interested in war
history (of which I am one), warm and friendly people, and generally good
beer).

Several of our ISOC colleagues participated remotely during last year's
conference, and we hope to have you back again
this year. If you are interested in doing a remote presentation, we may be
able to handle that as well, so please let us
know if of interest. We would appreciate if you could circulate this within
your membership as appropriate.

More information on the conference in the message below, and at

Regards,

Rajnesh D. Singh
Chairman
