Dear All,
let me testify that ISOC-AM is the best organized and most active ISOC
in the whole area of FSU republics with a long history of existence,
wide member base and a rich record of achievements. In the latest period
ISOC-AM started to run country's first CERT and opened Cisco Academy
courses to wide public. Recently they took active part in designing the
plans for interregional connectivity (within Porta Optca Study project),
so the Southern Caucasus may soon get broadband Internet for their
academic community.
Dr Igor Mkrtumyan itself is the Internet pioneer, still from the days
(beg and mid 90's) when we all were starting during first INET workshops
for developing countries organized by George Sadowsky and Jo-Anne Scott.
With kindest regards,
Jacek Gajewski
