On behalf of Tunisian ISOC Chapter I would like to wish congratulations and
warmest regards to Dr. Dr. Dawit Bekele for being appointed as ISOC African
Regional Bureau manager.

With the same happiness I whish welcome and congratulation to Karen Rose for
