Dear Chapter Delegates:

We have now begun our Regional Bureau program to
extend our outreach regionally and locally. We are very
pleased to announce that Dr. Dawit Bekele has taken
on the role of Manager of our African Regional Bureau.

We welcome Dawit and look forward to his work with us
to enhance our efforts in Africa.

We also look forward now to furthering our Regional Bureau
program by beginning the formation of the Regional Bureau
