[Chapter-delegates] membership database - yet another problem?

Dear Terry,
Dear Veni,

It always has been like this. Since the last request to (re)test the
platform there was no new information about the modification of the
Membership database system.
I'm willing to look at this as I have been involved in the early testing
team. Please let me know if I can be of any help?

I am looking into this situation.  There may be a setting that needs to
be 
adjusted that will eliminate this step.  I will return to the list with
my 
findings.
