This advisory council can be composed of 5 regional repreentative. In 
each region a Regional Chapter Advisory Council will be created to work 
closely with the Regional ISOC Bureau.
With this why the work of this council will be more effective.
Regional ISOC Bureau can manage meetings of regional chapter advisory 
council.
