Welcome Constance,

Your appointment will strengthen all of us.

It would appear that hq is leading in practising SOPs; the value whose lies
not in having it, but in using it.

I foresee many others "getting a hold of ISOC, not letting go, and running
with it" towards ensuring the internet is not for a handful, but for
everyone.
