[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Policy Announcement regarding ConstanceBommelaer

All,

Instead of having yet a long list of congratulatory e-mails...

Why don't each chapters write also one paragraph on what they do at the
policy level in their own area. It would give Constance a lead up on
what the various countries are up to in terms of policy. May be it will
help in ISOC liaising with Chapters in global policy issues.
