Chapter Delegates-

The Internet Society will be participating in the upcoming ITU Telecom World
2006 in Hong Kong (Dec. 4-8).  ISOC will be joining with other organizations
to host the Internet Pavilion (Booth 8053).  Please let us know if you plan
to be at ITU and on which days.  We also encourage you to stop by our booth
and show your support for ISOC!  

In addition to our exhibit space, ISOC will be center stage as part of the
ITU's educational forum.  Of note, ISOC's President and CEO, Lynn St.Amour,
will participate in a panel discussion on December 6 entitled, "New rules
and roles in a digital world".  Also, Constance Bommelaer, ISOC's Manager of
Public Policy, will chair a one-day event on 8 December entitled "Countering
