[Chapter-delegates] Review of chapter application forLechapitre congolais de l'ISOC (ISOC-Congo)

Rosa, Terry and all,

I have not seen and no one I know of has sent a negative message about 
ISOC-Congo and it's been over three months.  Beyond providing our 
wishes for a great chapter, is there anything we need to do or provide 
to help get this done?
