[Chapter-delegates] Chapter News Site

Until know I have not understood why using multpile solutions, mutiple 
domains, multiple data bases, multiples users groups !!! Why not a 
unique soltions which is capable to integrate all needed solutions to 
manage all aspects : membership, multilinguisme, news, wiki, messaging, ...
I will have a login and password to manage my member area, another for 
chapter management area, another for chapter news area, and so on !!
I still spporting the idea, but I prefer if it could be a part of a 
strategic decision approved by chapters, staff and trutees.
