Thank you very much for opportunity to read presentations in advance and
to provide comments.

I found datasheet provided for Chapter Status Report (2006-10-24
chapters survey status) innacurate in regards to ISOC Poland:
http://www.isoc.org/isoc/general/trustees/docs/Nov2006/bot0611_chapter_survey_answers.pdf

Let me suggest correction:

*Rec'd responce: n*
I don't know what responce to refer to but I do not remember any
responce request or invitation we failed to provide.

*ISOC mbrs in chptr: 141*
How you got this data? You never asked us for our stats and ISOC
membership database is in construction for last 4 years and it is not
operational yet. I just checked and there is still no way to input and
store the member's name in its native spelling.

*Voted 2006 BoT election: *
Yes, we voted in 2006 BoT election

*Vote 2007 BoT election: *
Yes, we consider ourselves eligible to vote

*Read chapter-delgates list: *
Yes, all our board members read chapter-delegates list and some of us
ara active participants.

*Read/use monthly newsletter: *
Yes, we read and make it available to our members. Also we provided
content in past.

*Regular meetings or contact w/ mbrs*
Yes, we have weekly board meetings on IRC open to all members. Also we
have monthly topical meetings and several topical conferences each year.

*Will you submit budget suggestion*
Probably yes if invited.

I have no hard data about other chapters but I suspect that at least
data about ISOC Spain Catalan and ISOC USA Los Angeles are highly
innacurate.

My suggestion is to make a "Chapter status report" more balanced and to
evaluate status and performance both chapters and ISOC staff responsible
for membership support.

Rgds

Wladek
