[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Board next meeting

Lynn,
I find your note absolutely unacceptable. We are not lambs, and we 
may have an adult behavior without being always led by the hand! We 
should denounce such practice of democratic governance in ISOC. There 
were three signatories, among whom 2 are duly appointed. Why to face 
the last little one? I am hoping that you retract.
