[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Board next meeting

Franck,

While you appear to be well-intentioned, this memo is inappropriate. 
You are representing yourself as a Trustee while the challenge period 
is still open and while the elections have not yet been ratified. 
This is simply not fair to the process or to all those individuals 
who ran for the Board.   You are asked to please respect the Election 
procedures of the Internet Society.

Separately,  if any members have items they would like to see added 
to the list of items to be potentially addressed by the Board please 
feel free, as always, to post them to this list, as I also further 
note that ISOC does not operate a representative model of governance. 
Trustees are chosen from different groups of expertise so that the 
Board can avail themselves of experience from across ISOC.   For ISOC 
to be as successful as we all want it to be, we have to operate as 
one organization for the good of the Internet.
