[Chapter-delegates] Election results

All,

While I fully understand the election process has not yet reached its 
full conclusion, I would like now, however, to say publicly thanks to 
all who congratulated me publicly or privately and to the people at home 
or abroad who are supporting me during this process.

I'd like to say thanks to Rosa Delgado who is completing her term with 
the ISOC Board. You have been doing a great job at the board and I hope 
you will never be too far away from ISOC and its board. I personally got 
great support and encouragements from you to better participate in ISOC 
activities.

I would like to congratulate the other new trustees and thanks all the 
people and candidates for participating in this election, this is what 
make ISOC stronger: a vibrant, passionate and enthusiastic community.

I'd like to open my door, as much as I can, to all, organisations, 
chapters or individuals. Feel free to contact me, discuss with me, 
disturb me about anything. I will do my best to help you. My preferred 
languages of communication are French and English, but I can read (with 
the help of friends) Spanish, German and Hindi (in Roman characters) as 
well as a couple of others.
