UN Global Alliance seeking nominations - DEADLINE MAY 10

 

Dear  ISOC Chapter Delegates: 

 

Here is some interesting recent information that we wanted to make sure
you had.

 

The Global Alliance was recently launched by the UN Secretary General
with as mission facilitating and promoting the integration of
information and communication technology into development activities
through the provision of a platform for an open, inclusive,
multi-stakeholder cross-sectoral policy dialogue.  The press release can

On April 27, the United Nations announced a call for nominations for
membership of the Global Alliance Strategy Council.  The deadline for
nominations is May 10.  The call can be found here:
